🏔️The expression of the Okumidori grape variety coming from the ipponmatsu terroir of our farmer-partner Azuma-san: the summit of an isolated mountain - warm, sweet, roasted notes, milk caramel. -30g 🍵 This tea garden is called ipponmatsu - which means "the lonely pine". HAS 550m above sea level, this plantation is one of the highest tea plantations in Japan, in the Kyoto region. It is a difficult place to maintain and harvest because of the steep slope: you have to bend all day to harvest each leaf by hand. 💡To be enjoyed in traditional “usucha” preparation, in latte or matchaspresso!
