🌱 A vintage matcha, of single origin, produced by a small pioneering organic producer in Japan: appreciated for its delicious taste and its low price - Aromatic registers: vegetable, mineral, gourmet - 25g 🍵 Nakai-san's matcha comes from a single terroir (a valley with a few small mountains a few hours from Kyoto) and it is vintage: that is to say that each year its taste will change. It is a matcha that has character and a unique, more experimental taste. 💡Each year, the taste and experience changes according to variations in terroir conditions.
