The V* workshop revisits the Tarama, a classic aperitif in this 100% vegetable, local recipe without fish eggs: a stunningly realistic recipe displaying a real culinary bias thanks to the smoked white beans, the freshness and the iodized character of the dulse seaweed. A recipe whose composition is 100% organic, true and natural: no GMOs, acidifiers, colorings, preservatives or ultra-transformation markers. Recipe made in our workshop in Brittany, from Breton seaweed and legumes from organic and French agricultural production, positive for the biodiversity of the ecosystems of our regions.
