A 100% Pinot Noir cuvée highly appreciated for its liveliness, freshness and finesse. On tasting, this wine offers a beautiful red color and reveals delicious aromas of Morello cherries and red fruits. The tannins are delicate and the mouth is silky. Its delicate aromas go perfectly with white meats (veal, chicken) but also with fish in sauce. Serve at 17°C.
