A nice load of old-style US hops (Chinook, Simcoe, Cascade) for a big, sharp bitterness and vegetal, floral and citrus aromas. No "Pastry" here, it's rather dry, a cold infusion of dried orange blossom petals gives discreet bitter orange flavors. In short, something to warm you up during the still chilly spring evenings!
