National raw ham is a product of excellence. Our local raw ham is made with pigs raised in Italy. Sold in vacuum-packed pieces of approximately 500 gr. How it is made Our local raw ham is obtained from the hind leg of heavy Italian pigs and prepared according to ancient traditional recipes. After a long maturation, it is filled with lard or covered with Calabrian spicy chilli flakes. When cut, it has a beautiful red color with fatty pinkish textures. The aroma is intense, the flavor delicate. Product subject to natural weight loss. The slice could be between 450 g and 550 g.
