La Canaulaise Winter Beer

Our winter beer (Winter Ale) brewed in Lacanau in New Aquitaine. This year, we offer you an amber beer with copper reflections with aromas of speculoos and a fine persistent foam. A festival of spices (cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, nutmeg, clove) balanced by a slight bitterness on the finish that will delight gourmets. This perfect balance of malts and hops gives it a biscuity note and a silky side that go perfectly with our end-of-year dishes and the warm atmosphere of the holidays! Good tasting !
