Smell Like Fruit Spirit Cassis is a tangy (sour), light (4°), very refreshing blonde beer.   To produce this beer, we use fruit puree, not flavorings, which gives it an inimitable natural taste.   Its red color comes solely from the fruit, no coloring having been added.
