GRILLEROS barreled amber beer with prickly pear and lime

Grilleros is an amber beer aged in old wine barrels.  It is very complex, with a slight acidity, a very powerful barrel side, and a medium bitterness. In order to soften this taste complexity, we added prickly pear and lime.
