The Brasserie Artisanale de Grilly is a young company created by beer enthusiasts.
Fred, Kristina and Pascal and their team brew high quality raw materials, they select local malts and modern hops which offer a very trendy aromatic palette!
From the start, our Brewers looked for ingredients from Organic Farming, to complete their qualitative approach and to respect our planet. The AB certification of their products is being done little by little. We started with 2 beers then new ones arrived. In the process, the Brasserie Artisanale de Grilly also seeks the most local barleys, a great initiative to support a local agricultural sector.
