Our Tellicherry black pepper is cultivated in India, in the province of Wayanad, State of Kerala. It is one of the first peppers cultivated with Malabar pepper. It has a woody flavor and very marked citrus notes (lemon and grapefruit). It marks by its very long warm notes in the mouth. It is an excellent anti-inflammatory and antibacterial. In cooking, it goes very well with poultry, fish and seafood, raw or cooked vegetables, red fruits and fresh or goat cheese.
