Raspberry brandy

This eau de vie can be drunk pure, in a cocktail, or will be perfect to accompany fruit or chocolate desserts. This brandy is obtained by macerating raspberries from organic farming in organic wheat brandy. The concentration of raspberries is more than 2kg of fruit per liter of alcohol, which makes it an exceptional brandy, very fruity and fragrant. Distillation in our Holstein still results in clarity, a very marked bouquet of fresh fruit and great length in the mouth. Once distilled, the alcohol is aged (minimum 1 to 3 months). 45% vol. Clear glass bottles of 50cl and 20cl. Bottling and labeling are done manually.
