Le Sonneur Pomme is an aperitif made with fresh apple juice and raspberry brandy from the Distillery. Le Sonneur Pomme is made from freshly squeezed apple juice to which has been added our raspberry brandy at 75% vol. This addition of strong alcohol made it possible to carry out a mutage, that is to say to stop the natural fermentation of sugars with alcohol. Le Sonneur Pomme will be ideal to accompany your aperitifs, but also for your fruit desserts. Fruity and sweet, the apple juice provides a base for the raspberry so that it expresses all its flavor of fresh and slightly acidic fruit. 17.25% vol. 50cl
