Sewing pattern for the “Biarritz” women’s top and dress

Women's top or dress to make yourself. 
Round or V neckline, with or without ruffles on the sleeves, this model has a pretty cutout under the chest lined with gathers at the top and bottom. 
There is an invisible closure on the left side and a slit at the back neckline, closed with a pretty hollow brushed button and an elasticated strap. 
The neckline and armhole finishes are made with a bias folded inside. 
Two dress lengths are available: above the knee or ankle.
