Organic Nature Shells 10 kg

- Our pasta is made directly on the farm from our semi-complete soft wheat flour (T80), which gives it its brown color. Our wheat is grown in Organic Agriculture (certified by Ecocert FR-BIO-01). - Fresh millstone flour and water are mixed and then extruded through bronze molds which roughen them and allow the sauce to adhere better. The pasta is then dried slowly and at low temperature (for 15 hours at 45°C), which gives it incomparable nutritional and taste qualities.
