Gigli Organic Beetroot 250g

- Our pasta is made directly on the farm from our semi-complete soft wheat flour grown in Organic Farming (certified by Ecocert FR-BIO-01). - Fresh millstone flour and water are mixed together then extruded through bronze molds which roughen them and allow the sauce to adhere better. The pasta is then dried slowly and at low temperature (for 15 hours at 45°C), which gives it incomparable nutritional and taste qualities. - We make recipes based on juices extracted from fresh garden vegetables or herbs. The pasta is flavored with the seasons. In spring, nature sprouts young shoots of nettles and wild garlic and invites us to detoxify. In summer, the sun-filled heirloom tomatoes in our greenhouse and the aromatic plants with Provençal scents invite us to relax. Cold pasta salads are perfect for this! In autumn and winter, beets and squash are kings and perpetuate the farandole of colors and tastes on our plates!
