ORGANIC Rye Flour - 20 kg

All our flours come from the cereals that we grow and process on the farm.   We crush the grains in our “Astrié” type stone mill.   This type of mill ensures slow, quality grinding that preserves the taste and nutritional richness of the grain.   All our flours are then bagged, weighed, labeled and sewn by hand.
