Pastis "Le Jaune de la Grue" - 70 cl bottle

Distiloire and La Grue Jaune have imagined an original collaboration with a special series "Le Jaune de la Grue", little cousin of Meskad, a 100% Nantes pastis. Silver medalist at the Concours Général Agricole Paris 2020 Pastis, which can be translated into Provencal as “mixture”, finds a new interpretation on the banks of the Loire through Meskad, a Breton word which has the same meaning: mixture. “A selection of local plants associated with the typical scents of Pastis » Distiloire revisits the traditional Pastis recipe and its typical aromas (star anise, licorice and Provençal herbs) around a selection of local plants.   A unique blend of organic plants which gives “Jaune de la Grue” its incomparable aromatic richness.   Rediscover the freshness of this timeless icon of the French aperitif.    Service ritual Crane Yellow is best enjoyed very fresh, diluted with 4 to 7 volumes of water. 
First pour in the Yellow of the Crane then add the fresh water. 
To finish, you can add a few ice cubes. For maximum aromas and pleasure, avoid direct contact with pure Pastis and ice cubes. 
The ice cubes will preferably cool your serving water, directly in the carafe. 70cl bottle.
