Caramel and vanilla rum tart - 90g

Succumb to the indulgence of a crisp pure butter dough combined with a vanilla rum caramel produced by hand in our Guérande workshop. Convinced that France is rich in beautiful agricultural soils, we favor French raw materials such as fleur de sel from Guérande, beet sugar, cream from our cows, rum aged in Guérande... And because we want to have the most natural product possible, we do not add any artificial preservatives, colorings or flavourings! For more indulgence, you can accompany this dessert with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a touch of whipped cream. This format for 1 to 2 gourmands is ideal for a snack to take away or for an improvised dessert!
