Ham spread on the bone Morbier

Spread or spread, it is spread on fresh bread or croutons.  The flavors of the smoked bone-in ham from our childhood, mixed with morbier, all this makes a very pleasant blend of our Franc Comtois terroir. 
And why not combine these good flavors with a lively red wine such as a Côte de Blaye from our Bordeaux friends.
