Discover this artisanal Virgin WALNUT Oil, a rare product, a pure walnut “juice”, with a subtle and vegetal flavor, resulting from the first cold pressing of the kernels produced on our property. The virgin oil obtained by cold pressing preserves the fresh and delicate taste of the walnut. 
The content of polyunsaturated fatty acids (omega 3 and omega 6) in walnut oil is one of the highest among all vegetable oils.
