Condiment obtained from the joint pressing of fresh Sicilian olives and oranges, without the use of various essences or flavourings. It has slightly acidic organoleptic notes, thanks to the extraordinary taste of freshly picked and ground oranges during processing. A condiment suitable for raw fish carpaccio, tuna tartare, shellfish and shrimp, white meats and fennel salads. Particularly worth trying with truffle dishes.
