All you have to do is throw the flower balls in the garden without burying them (you can slightly push them into the ground). Then wait for rain or use a watering can. After a few days they 'burst' and you will see small plants appear. Then it will be a few more weeks before you, the bee and the butterflies can enjoy the wildflowers! In short: it takes patience until nature does its work.
