A brilliant color with amber highlights adorned with a cord of fine bubbles. A bouquet of tangy fruits where we find precisely aromas of William pear, apple and citrus. After a few minutes, aromas of pastries just out of the oven appear. A generous palate with aromas of ripe orchard fruits, notes of mandarin, lemon and grapefruit which explode on the palate and offer a sensation of freshness.
