Green Bio-Organic is made exclusively from grapes from Domaine de la Malmaison, our 16-hectare pilot vineyard located in the heart of the Marne Valley. Based on the observation of the vine and the climate, it is a life-size laboratory cultivated according to a viticulture that respects fauna, flora, soils and people. Certified AB and Demeter, it represents one of the largest champagne estates managed using biodynamic methods. Plant and soil life is enhanced by ever more precise work and the encouragement of biodiversity. It demonstrates Maison Lanson’s commitment to sustainable viticulture. From perfect knowledge of the terroirs come great wines. Green Bio-Organic is a distinctive Champagne, frank, pure, and beautifully vibrant. Green Bio-Organic expresses the quintessence of its terroir and biodynamic cultivation. A distinctive Champagne, fruity, mineral and with an eloquent freshness. Gold color, amber highlights. Frank and concentrated bouquet. Evocation of notes of blackcurrant, white-fleshed fruits such as pear, peach as well as a hint of citrus which gradually open towards mineral, smoky and oriental spice notes. The palate offers great vitality with flavors of ripe fruits such as pear or mirabelle plum, a hint of exotic fruits and notes of spices. The finish is long, ethereal with a deep minerality.
