Green Bio-Organic is made exclusively from grapes from Domaine de la Malmaison, our 16-hectare pilot vineyard located in the heart of the Marne Valley. Based on the observation of the vine and the climate, it is a life-size laboratory cultivated according to a viticulture that respects the fauna, flora, soils and people. Certified AB and Demeter, it represents one of the largest areas of Champagne conducted in biodynamics. The life of plants and soils is enhanced by ever more precise work and the encouragement of biodiversity. It bears witness to the commitment of Maison Lanson to sustainable viticulture.
