Its scent recalls fennel, anise and liquorice, it is very fresh and pleasant. Usage Tips: Environmental diffusion: pour 4-6 drops of essential oil into the aroma diffuser (electric or with a candle) alone or in combination with other essential oils. It has calming and relaxing properties and is also an excellent insect repellent. Food flavoring: add 1-2 drops of essential oil to vegetable oil, it is particularly suitable for flavoring vegetables, sauces and legumes. Internal use: Tarragon essential oil, appropriately diluted in a vegetable oil or honey, is indicated in cases of digestive disorders, muscle spasms and hiccups. The use of tarragon essential oil is reserved for adults. It is not recommended to use it internally for periods longer than 4 days and to take more than 2-3 drops per day orally.
