How to heat your hot water bottle in the microwave?   Slipped under the duvet, used to calm down during a nap or bedtime, a well-heated hot water bottle will be your best asset for relaxing. Here are our tips for using your hot water bottle: Place the hot water bottle in the microwave for 2 minutes (< 1000 Watts) or 60 seconds (> 1000 Watts) to heat it. 

Place a glass of water on the tray, next to your hot water bottle for better use. 

Make sure the hot water bottle is not too hot before using it or giving it to your child. 

If you want to reheat the hot water bottle, wait until it has returned to initial temperature.   Be careful, do not leave your hot water bottle unattended during heating and carefully respect the heating times.
