The dermaroller head size L with needles 1.2mm contains 1200 microneedles with lengths of 1.2mm (size L). Only suitable for body and scalp. ( Without lever).

 Dermaroller head size L with needles 1.2mm is made of stainless metal, which keeps the needles more hygienic in contrast to titanium. This roller head is mainly intended for areas of the skin where your skin is somewhat thicker, such as on the body (against scars & stretch marks) or on the scalp (to promote hair growth).

 When to order a new roller head?   We recommend that you replace this roller head size L after approximately 3 months.

 If you treat more than once a week, or treat multiple parts of the body at the same time, it is wise to replace the roller head sooner. Timely replacement is necessary because the needles lose their sharpness and become blunter.

 Sharp needles are absolutely necessary for a good microneedling treatment.
