Jamaïca VSOP is a great rum aged 4 years in bourbon barrels, then a second maturation in our ex-cognac barrels, in our cellars. Jamaica is one of the emblematic terroirs of the Caribbean renowned for the aromatic power of its rums. Primary ageing: 4 years in bourbon barrels. Secondary ageing: 6 months in ex-cognac barrels. Tasting: aromas of banana flambé with empyreumatic notes. In the mouth, you will find aromas of roasted pineapple, grilled almonds, on a nice length of honey. It is also characterized by a lot of freshness and a nice roundness.
