An elegant melt of honey, tangy aromas of lime and an arrangement of gin-typical spices, that's how easy it is to describe the fourth gin from Six Dogs. The fact that there is more to it than this brief description is almost self-explanatory. The honey is produced on our own farm in the small Karoo, just like the lime from our own cultivation. These two lead botanicals find their place both during distillation and in a subsequent maceration and give the gin not only its unique aroma but also its slightly yellowish shimmering color. In addition, there are typical gin spices, which round off the taste and aroma wonderfully. All around another gin that shows the precision and dedication with which the two Bryant brothers go to work with their distillates.
