Rich and ample wine on the palate, with spicy notes, caramel, vanilla, pepper, spicy finish. Grapes: Grenache 45% Clairette 30% Syrah 25% Serve between 12 and 14°, keep up to 5 years or more! This rather wintery Tavel goes very well with confit shoulders of lamb, tajine, or rich poultry.
