
With its pomegranate colors and menthol and fruity notes, this “FANTASY” herbal cocktail aims to give free rein to the imagination and creativity of refreshing and exhilarating drinks. Composition: Star anise* fruit, Blackcurrant* fruit, Sweet mint* leaf, Hibiscus* flower, Basil* leaf. * plants from organic farming. Notes: Menthol, aniseed and fruity - Infusion color: orange-red The concentrated infusion or syrup blends harmoniously with orange, apple, grape or red fruit juice, with lemonade & rum… Weight: 60g Method of preparation: Hot infusion: Take 1 teaspoon (about 2g) per cup of the herbal mixture. Pour the simmering water (85-95°C) over the plants and leave to infuse for 7 minutes, covered. Strain and Taste. Iced herbal tea: Prepare a hot infusion concentrate with 2 tablespoons of the herbal mixture for 0.5L of water. Let the preparation infuse covered for 10 minutes then filter. Add half a liter of cold water or ice cubes and place in the refrigerator. Consume when the drink is very cold. Fresh fruit can be added. You can also freeze the concentrate in ice cube trays, allowing you to add it to your drinks as you wish. Preparation of a syrup: Place 30g of the mixture in a saucepan, add 250ml of water and heat gently until simmering. Remove from the heat then filter the plants using a strainer to collect the infusion concentrate in a graduated glass. Calculate the volume of sugar, honey or maple syrup needed to make the syrup by counting twice the volume of the concentrated infusion (if you have 200ml, you will need to add 400 ml of sugar). Dissolve the sugar in the concentrated infusion. Store the syrup in a small, pre-sterilized bottle and place in the fridge. Consume quickly. Ice the water: 2 tablespoons of syrup for a glass of water or 25cl of concentrate with a little sugar or syrup added. Place in the freezer in containers provided for this purpose for 3 hours.
