A real massage balm with all the energy necessary for a WELL-BEING/BENEFITS balance thanks to 18 beneficial herbs.  The energizing Ayurvedic treatment lowers our tensions, soothes the mind, relieves stress and contributes to the good circulation of Prana, our vital energy, in the body.  Physically, this massage improves the suppleness of the skin and energizes it.  Its balm form is easier to use while retaining all the benefits of vegetable oil.  Made in France 50 ml aluminum pot In a subdued and calm atmosphere, lit by candles to allow the energies to circulate well, start by breathing deeply and calmly.  The ideal is a massage performed by an experienced masseur, but a massage is possible on your own.  Take a small amount of energizing treatment, rub your palms together to heat and prepare the balm for massage.  Start with the feet by stretching each toe, applying pressure points to the arch and heel.  Smooth the feet, from the toes towards the ankle.  Raise the legs to reach the solar plexus and form circular movements.  Continue going up towards the neck and more particularly the back of the neck.  Describe small circular movements of the head at the same time as your massage.  Go down to either side of the shoulders.  Using your fingertips, apply light pressure with both hands to the scalp.  Finish with the face in a figure eight.  Place the index and middle fingers on the sides of the nose, go up the bridge of the nose, the forehead and stop on the temples, forming small circles.  Then go down through the cheeks and start again.
