This delicate green tea from China Sencha N°127 is combined with sweet mint leaves, it is perfect in summer to refresh yourself and in winter to comfort yourself.

 COMPOSITION Mint green tea. Brewing time: 2-3 minutes Temperature: 70-80°C Time of day: all day GREEN TEA Green tea is an unfermented tea. 

To avoid this fermentation, the leaves are heated suddenly to a temperature of around 100°C (either according to the Chinese method, in a large wok over a fire, or according to the Japanese method, with water vapor ). 

The leaves are then rolled into different shapes depending on traditions and countries (stick, twist, ball, etc.), then dried until they contain only 5% water.
