This Puit du Dragon N°14 green tea is very rich in vitamins and minerals because its leaves are pan-dried. 

This is what gives this tea such a special taste. 

Its beneficial infusion is very sweet and light green. Brewing time: 1.5-3 minutes Temperature/ 70-80°C Time of day: morning GREEN TEA It is an unfermented tea. 

To avoid this fermentation, the leaves are heated suddenly to a temperature of around 100°C (either according to the Chinese method, in a large wok over a fire, or according to the Japanese method, with water vapor ). 

The leaves are then rolled into different shapes depending on traditions and countries (stick, twist, ball, etc.), then dried until they contain only 5% water.
