Clos du Serres "Cuvée Sainte Pauline" - Southern wine Terrasses du Larzac - Red wine Terrasses du Larzac - Vintage 2019 - Organic wine Béatrice and Sébastien Fillon settled in Saint Jean de la Blaquière in 2006. Surrounded by hills (= greenhouses in Occitan), the village is surrounded by several types of soil: rugges, sandstone, shale and pebbles. This very special terroir of AOC Terrasses du Larzac benefits from cool nights and Mediterranean sunshine. The 15 hectares of vines are cultivated organically and the wines are aged in truncated concrete vats. Tasting notes The team's favorite for this beautiful cuvée in Terrasses du Larsac! The vines of the Sainte-Pauline cuvée are located in the center of the village. There, pebbles and sandstone litter the river which crosses Saint-Jean de la Blaquière.
