Domaine Carrette "Cuvée Chatenay" - Burgundy wine Saint Véran - White Burgundy wine - Vintage 2019 The wine estate, located in Vergisson, under the rock of the same name, offers a magnificent view of the famous rock of Solutré. The Carrette family, currently in charge of Hervé, the son, and Jean Michel, the father (the grandfather is still watching...), operates 13 ha in the Pouilly-Fuissé, Saint-Véran and Mâcon Milly appellations. This wine has a beautiful intense pale green color with slightly golden reflections. It releases fresh aromas of white fruit and citrus. Serve around 9-11°C.
