Situation This wine comes from our vineyard in Saint-Roman-De-Malegarde. Its exposure on the northern slope of the hill offers a magnificent freshness. grape varieties Grenache and Syrah Terroir Vineyard of Saint-Roman-De-Malegarde, stony clay-limestone hillsides, with a North-West exposure offering a nice freshness in the mouth. Elaboration The harvest is sorted and destemmed, then vinification takes place in concrete vats. Aged in vats for one to two years. Aging potential 4 to 6 years old
