La Taverne (Triple Amber Beer)

Tasting note: This triple intense beer fermented with whiskey yeast gives it woody and smoky aromas, with a touch of ripe fruit. On the nose fruity and woody notes. On the palate, we find the flavors of ripe fruit, with a touch of caramel. The whole is enhanced by a fine bitterness and a woody/peaty finish. Accompaniment: Charcuterie, Grilled Entrecote, an Opera, or for the end of the meal it is a beer of character which combines with full-bodied dishes
