The Bières du Donjon artisanal brewery is located in the heart of Burgundy. It is on this legendary territory of the Dukes of Burgundy and vineyards that we have chosen to flourish and perpetuate our passion for brewing and history, without forgetting the world of role-playing games!
Our adventure started in 2015 with the creation of the brewery. Since then, our training path has been enriched and our personality has asserted itself. Our experiences and our techniques have asserted themselves. Our beverages are developed and balanced in strict compliance with traditional French know-how. We work exclusively with ""pure malt"". Malt and hops are all of French origin with a rich and complex aromatic profile. We allow ourselves variations from time to time, with the development of ephemeral beers.
