La Dilettante was born in 2015 from a slightly crazy idea: to offer tasty, local and recreational beers, at a time when the image of this beverage suffered from an incredible lack of innovation. This touch of madness characterizes our beers, whether through the labels or even the recipes, by gleaning ingredients that blend perfectly with the malt.

Our desire? Perfecting our know-how day after day. When you drink a Dilettante, it is the work of around fifteen people who put their energy into changing things and having a certain pleasure. Because we are above all committed to limiting our environmental impact, to local consumption, to independence.
