It is that of Azeb and Regis, who we choose to make this project their common adventure.
After ten years of work in the humanitarian sector, it was time to put down our suitcases, and we wanted to go on a project to undertake together.
Regis having the taste of manufacturing processes and the experience of amateur brewing, Azeb the Ethiopian beer culture, it became natural, after studying the project to make it viable and credible, to create a craft brewery.
As evidence also, the brewery will be organic, and local raw materials and in partnership with other producers.
