Two friends, a passion, a place, thus was born the Brasserie du Palais located in Optevoz in the North of Isère.
We use a large majority of ingredients from the Rhône-Alpes region (malts and hops). Our beers are light, aromatic and low in alcohol (between 4 and 5 degrees), which allows their aromatic side to express themselves fully. We have 5 permanent beers (Blonde, Blanche, Ambrée IPA'lais, Brune du Plateau) and we regularly offer ephemeral beers (Enthousiasmenthe, Fumalt, Ho Palais de Noel, Triple Cé etc.)
We are proud to have obtained two gold medals at the Lyon International Competition, on our Blonde and our IPA'lais, in April 2021.
