Robin had the chance to grow up in contact with nature and spent all his summers on the banks of the Loup, the coveted Mediterranean coastal river which crosses the farm. He fell in love with animals and contact with the earth.
The name “Bacho” is inspired by Native American cultures that represent values dear to the brewery. Meaning "Wolf" in the Apache language, it has become the identity of beer.
La Meute has thus grown, joined by real children of the country, just as passionate and committed, who constitute the soul of Bacho. A Pack which has always been an unconditional support and without which nothing would exist today. It is in Pont-du-Loup, on the family farm, that Robin Polimeni created his craft brewery in 2018. Passionate about creating craft beers, he is constantly inspired by his environment to create unique recipes in respect for the art of brewing. It is also aware of this complexity that he decided to train at the French Institute of Brewing and Malting in order to master the most elaborate techniques and to be assured of the quality of his production.
