Soiffe is a craft brewery from Marseille that makes beers but also kefirs and soon other still secret drinks.
After brewing in the middle of the vats of the old Ricard factory, Claire and Angelo will install the fermenters for Soiffe drinks in 2023 in the city center of Marseille, between Saint Charles station and Canebière, at 8 rue Lafayette. The brasserie has a bar and shop area for individuals.
From their years spent behind the scenes of concert halls where decibels and beers flow freely, the pair have imagined beers made to accompany moments of conviviality and sharing while leaving their heads (fairly) cool.
Beers to drink standing up, with friends or while shaking your head, thirst-quenching, light in alcohol, but with all the qualities of a good artisanal product.
Tasty, beautiful thanks to the magnificent label design of Pablo Pasadas, refreshing and original, Soiffe drinks are made according to classic recipes but with the 'twist' that makes them unique.
The name “Soiffe” is the conjugation of the verb ‘soiffer’.
Thirst - verb, pop. a) Location intrans. Always being thirsty, drinking too much.
The current and future range of Soiffe drinks is based around the notion of abundance and a visual style tinged with Art Deco and modernity: Grandbain (pale ale), Lavanche (white), Faconde (Neipa), Sirocco (amber) , Foison (season), as well as non-alcoholic kefir: Sodassin.
