Floraison Sauvage is an independent exploration microbrewery that makes one-of-a-kind beers. There are three ranges: the standard range, the signature range & the vox populi.
Standard Range: - "My Girlfriend" 5.1% Alc: ginger & rice flake ginger. The cocluche! Very subtle touches, she is the converter from non-beer drinker to beer drinker. - "Brut Smoke IPA" 4.1% Alc: white, bitter & smoky at the same time! Yes, you read correctly. Smoke, like a morteau sausage. A complex beer that disconcerts and knows its great success. - "Douce Fumée" 3.8% Alc: white Session RAW! No cooking involved in the process. That is, no bitterness, the protein has not been coagulated. Hence the name, the sweet smoke.
