Passionate about beer all 3, after brewing training more than 2 years ago in Douai and Nancy, they launched themselves by investing in Belgian professional equipment and creating the Brasserie La déjantée in Pernes Les Fontaines.
The first brew was released in October 2016 and after several months of fine-tuning they released their first beer, an IPA: the “3 Barjes” cuvée.
Why the Cuvée des 3 barjes? because it takes a little being to launch a craft beer in a region where wine is king!
Since then, 4 other beers have been born: a white, the “Avalanche” cuvée, a triple, the “Les Culs-bénits” cuvée, a blonde, the “SMASH” cuvée and an amber, the “Simply Red” cuvée.
The main idea of the project is the desire to make tasteful craft beers known to as many people as possible.
In order not to confuse the consumer accustomed to tasting wine too much, each beer will be created as a cuvée.

All our beers are high fermentation beers brewed in a traditional way in Pernes les Fontaines (Vaucluse).
