La Brasserie des Merveilles is an artisanal (and family) micro-brewery founded in 2019 by Thomas, Anne-Sophie and Rémy. It is located in Boynes, very close to Pithiviers, in the heart of an incredible agricultural landscape opening up all possibilities to brewers.
Passionate and committed, the three partners have the will to participate in changing consumption patterns, and the ambition (without pretension) to make known to as many people as possible the inexhaustible richness of such a convivial product that is Beer. .
The small family business uses know-how, creativity and local raw materials to offer natural, quality and unique beers. With a permanent range of 7 beers in various styles, as well as seasonal recipes and ephemeral creations, the Brasserie des Merveilles wishes to offer the most connoisseurs as well as the less experienced palates a real tasting experience.
