Born in 1996 under the name Brasserie des Champs, it marks the renewal of an ancestral tradition lost over time. 3 visionaries decide to relaunch the craft brewery in Sens (89) in the Yonne. This specificity gives its beers a roundness and an authentic flavor of craft beer.
Since 2017 and under the impetus of new management, the Brasserie has been modernizing but remains faithful to what has made its strength and its history. New technologies allow it in particular to offer an organic gluten-free beer.
It was then that the foam beret project was born in order to obtain an organic artisanal beer accessible to all in terms of taste and price, we decided to offer these 3 comrades: Eugène, Marcel and Hubert.
