Born in 2016 in Louveciennes in the heart of Yvelines (78), Brasserie Toussaint is a beautiful family story!
Clément, the founder, could not have developed his idea without the unfailing support of his family and friends.
Joined in the adventure by Guillaume, Benjamin, Joseph and Paul, they continue to build this project together, maintaining a family and friendly state of mind. All bring their stone to the building on a daily basis!
The adventure continues more than ever with the imminent construction of a new production unit in Noisy-le-Roi.
This new place will also be a friendly space, and you will soon be able to come and taste the beers at the foot of the vats, in the bar adjoining the brewery.
Together, we brew beers with rigor and passion! We like to experiment and create recipes that suit us, and that appeal to both our most loyal customers and craft beer lovers looking for something new.
We offer a permanent range available throughout the year as well as an ephemeral range constantly renewed, in order to always surprise you a little more.
Concerned about our environment, we strive to make our production ever more virtuous.
We are thinking about the installation of our new brewery in this sense, and have the ambition to take advantage of this new space to set up a real short circuit policy, both upstream and downstream of the brewery. The positive impacts that we hope to derive from it are multiple: product quality, impact on the planet, becoming real players in the local economy...
But since the planet is not waiting, neither are we waiting to put measures in place. This year, for example, we switched to 100% stainless steel barrels for our draft beers, now completely switching from plastic barrels.
